Have ongoing claim with this company , this is first and only claim in 18yrs of I surance with them, have sent them numerous documents to validate the claim and they ask for more and other documents . They are appalling in the way they treat you , they suggest you are lying and fraudulent, and do not communicate ..avoid at all cost . They are unprofessiona l incompetent and dishonest , my next call is to ombudsman as they are only people I can turn to resolve my legitimate claim for my car which caught fire with my son on board driving to my mother's, full fire brigade and investigators report sent to covea .
