Fxxking shocking behaviour from Covea .I'm being threatened by them to go with them on a no fault claim on an accident caused by their client . Instructed my own insurance provider to deal with it and still I'm getting calls emails from them .Emails and phone calls everyday stressing how I won't be getting paid for the foreseeable future as I'll have to wait on their engineer to confirm a total loss of my vehicle and even then they might not agree with my insurance provider's assessment .This is a joke .I'm now left with a mangled shell of what used to be my new work vehicle .Only had it 11 months from new and now not only haven't I got a vehicle for work -i can't hire one either as I'll have to fund it myself as they won't pay for it unless I hire one from them .How is this allowed to happen .They admit liability but not interested unless they deal with it .
