Disabled and family are left seriously ill as a direct result to of this company !!!!Please use one of the other insurance companies, The bottom line is these do not cover you when you need them , I'm currently in the process of going through the ombudsman and PRA . I worked myself for many years in the insurance industry , please do yourself a favour and avoid !!!!! Update , the company proceeded to drag the process out , disabling me from being able to do my physio or nurses home appointments, my son is still getting medical treatment due to their neglegence. They said they were looking into everything, In this time I received no phone calls or messages ,again no one attended despite my requests , any of my queries were not responded too , I then asked for the complaint procedure against a staff member and again ignored . I'm now going through the channels named above and looking into court action . Definitely do not trust this company!!!! I was loyal for nearly 2 decades !!! They will always try delay tactics , and loop holes to get out of paying , AVOID ....CON ARTISTS IN SUITS !!! ....update *My Custom relations person never phoned me , never messaged me , never replied to any of my queries and when asked for a staff complaint procedure /form 3 times I was ignored .
