Totally.rubbish , they don't protect their policy holders , write letters that mention wrong things that happen in accidents , blame other parties wrongly they shouldn't be training useless company hang out for weeks on end believing lies not happy with their letter print out totally wrong for files made a complaint to supervisor at covea insurance they got to re word the letter it's all wrong information I will never go with this company again , I've been left disabled spinal neck issue from accident and they havnt looked after the policyholder at all ridiculous insurer that they decide how things are going to be decided , didn't do indents look into my problems at all , didn't want to go court as would cost them too much money so took easy options for them , waste of public funds
