Semi-waterproof at best, water does bead up to some degree but boat still fills with water after any rain. It was custom made and the fit is good but they didn't put a pole snap button in the bow area like the last one they made for me. Yes I should have sprung for the Sunbrella , don't make the same mistake I did and try and save a few hundred.
