its s hard to say as ive only just took out the policy, but the lady on the phone was really lovely and very pleasant, ive had to cash in all the policys i had to live on as my husband is in a care home hehas parkinson of 28 years and other things.so i lost motar bility when he went in the home the car is my life line to take him out and to his appointments,when i can when things get back to normal mrs cjones
