Unfortunately my washing machine broke down, upon calling my Kitchen Appliances Insurers - Covertxt, I was extremely frustrated with the way how the matter was progressing. Upon reflection I must admit that I was not being very realistic as I had neglected to take into consideration the limitations the Covid Tier 5 have on life :-( I spoke to a an wonderful lady name Sarah in the Servicing Department, her attitude was refreshing and definitely worth A= and all the stars. I was frustrated and to be quite honest I was also angry which caused me to shout. Sarah was very compassionate and patient, she was extraordinary understanding to my dilemma and she was able to endure my frustration, tolerated my shouting and she remained determined and diligently tried to assist me with getting the best resolution possible to my situation. I am truly blessed by such kindness and I am truly encouraged by her compassionate, helpful and thoughtful attributes of putting her desire to help above her own self comfort in that moment where I truly needed help. Thank you Sarah @ Covertxt, I appreciate your kindness which is very rare these days.
