Maybe they are good in asking money or increasing their Direct Debit, but as soon as there is something wrong with your appliances, they start to refer to their terms and conditions. Our washing machine was covered by them for several year. When it broke, they offered only a small amount. Problem was that their customer service is also misleading and gave wrong information. When you want to cancel their direct debit, they will also deduct admin fees. So they are quite professional in ripping you off.
