When I first took the policy out in 2020 it was all on a promise to get my appliances repaired with no cost. Did not really use them. But when I did need them, they diagnosis was poor and they were charging me for the repair. I decided not to use them because of the the cost. I paid in full the 2nd year and when I did try to use them again they threw a charge at me . I wanted a refund on my money a month into the 2nd year but they were non compliant. This company left me feeling like I was robbed. Tried using their services to try and get something back but to no avail.
