I wish I could give this company zero stars. Do not buy from them if there is any risk of return. I returned an item within the 14 days- they emailed the shipping label and even scheduled DHL to come pick up the item. Based on DHL tracking the item arrived to the return location and months go by still no refund. I emailed and messaged the company dozens of times, nothing..just "we'll look into it" and then ghosted. They have no number to contact via phone. I tried to dispute with the bank and because so many months went by they were not able to help.
