Cowell and Norford took over the management of my property mid-way through a letting period due to the closure of my previous agent. Since their management I have been very happy with their efficiency and timely actions taken at my request, especially Debbie Barnes who has overseen all the maintenance of the property. Initially I was very confused by which member of the team I should deal with depending on what request. So the only criticism I would have, if I had to have one, would be to have one point of contact for all actions / negotiations with tenants. Otherwise I think they provide an excellent service and I would be happy to recommend them. Thank you.
