On opening it was clear there was a part that was wrong.on contacting i was told it was perfect this was with out the person view picture. On sending pictures which amazon who was the seller could see was the wrong part they refused to see it was wrong. They then started to ignore most of my emails. On returning the item it cost £90.55 as the item was 26kg. They continued to tell me i was being ripped off by royal mail. That evril would do it for £11. Evril Pay to go All quote and alot more once you go to pay they do not take anything this big. Even when they had recieved the item they were still arguing about the post. WHICH MAY I ADD THEY DID NOT PAY AND THEY DO NOT PAY FOR RETURNS. AFTER CONTACTING AMAZON 6 TIMES THEY AGREEDED THE COMPANY REFUSING TO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THERE WAS AN ISSUE.
