I purchased these tools that didn't work well but, sauce I don't use them often I figured I'd just charge the batteries and try another time. After the holidays l noticed they were really not working correctly. So, I requested an exchange within the Amazon return/exchange timeframe window. The seller would not send me the exchange... Twice requested. The exchange order status kept saying it was delayed via numerous email (I still have the emails) but, then the exchange request/order just disappeared from Amazon. Total scam and they know how to skirt around bad reviews and play the Amazon loopholes.
