I ordered a reconditioned pneumatic nailer. When I received it there were 2 nails jammed in the magazine and the gun wouldn't fire. I sent it back to exchange it for another gun. I received the gun and it had the exact same issue. I called to request a refund. They did send a label for the return and I was told the refund would be processed as soon as they received it. It was delivered to them on the second of May. On the 10th I called to inquire about the refund and was told it would be processed in 3-5 business days. It had already been 6 business days. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they were in a meeting so I left a message requesting a call back. I waited another week and called again. This time the supervisor was at lunch. The refund hadn't been processed. After 4 calls, I finally received my refund on the 22nd. I sure wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered from them. NEVER AGAIN!!!
