They put a hold on my order and when they finally released the order they over billed me! I placed an order for $2800.35 and was billed $3,815.40. That is a difference of $1,015.05 and their effort to right the situation was extremely disappointing. I am a startup business and I was counting on those funds for job materials and the tools to get started on the job. This has put me behind schedule with my clients and I am losing face within my small community; these can be fatal issues for a start up company like mine! I guess the moral of the story is buy it at your local store and don't ever make big purchases online.
