I bought the variety 12 pack of tape runners. Out of the 6 dotty tape runners only 2 of them worked and out of the 6 solid runners 4 worked. The problem was that the tape was not being taken up by the return wheel. I cleaned the case and took up the slack and they still didn't work. I have notified CC several times and I always get the robo email say they received my message and will look into the problem. I've never gotten any other messages. I love CC products but I would not recommend these tape runners to anyone and I'm very disappointed in the response I didn't get from the company.
