Bought a $270 bottle of Blanton’s bourbon as a Christmas gift and the gift box was damaged. I filed a claim with CraftShack, sent requested pictures and detail and your response was. “It’s not our fault that the shipper didn’t pack it correctly” and you gave me a $10 off coupon code.
