I was disappointed this time, to put it mildly. I got a delivery notice from FedEx within a couple days of my order, saying the package would arrive the next day sometime. However, more than a week would pass before actual delivery. In checking tracking information the following day, I found the package was still awaiting FedEx pickup. As it was the next day, the day after that, the day after that, and the day after that. I'm not sure that's enough "the day after that"s, but it was 11 days before it arrived. I called repeatedly for customer service, daily for 3 or 4 days, and left my contact information and all other relevant info, but never did (apparently) non-existent "customer service" deign to give me a ring. I think I'll be checking out other places to order from from here on.
