Overall I am very happy with Craftshack. I live in a small town and have yet to find a single other online beer store that ships to my location so I was extremely happy to find this site, even if shipping costs are a bit step. Its given me a change to get beers I love and can't get here and try new things! My only complaint is how poorly they recently handling stopping shipping to Michigan. While apparently only temporary, people with Michigan accounts were given ZERO notice and simple received vague error messages when we tried to check out. I have over 500 points that I just can not use now and was given no notice to use before shipping stopped to my state. They do claim they will send an email to all accounts with Michigan addresses when shipping resumes though, so thats something. Overall a good, but quick moving selection and good customer service.
