Worst Customer Service in my 62 years on the planet.
NO Communication. None.
I saw the jacket while traveling at an REI and it looked OK. When I returned home I ordered one online from Craghoppers.
Still no jacket. Still, no tracking as promised in the order receipt. No phone contact is listed anywhere. You must email or snail mail. No emails have been returned. None.
