Cancelled my whole order as apparently the price of one of the items was incorrect on their website. They then held onto my money (£120) for a full 10 days. No response to emails, and no phone number available on their website.
Totally unacceptable, either honour the order to keep a regular customer happy, or refund more promptly.
Will not be buying from craghoppers or your other brands (dare2b, regatta) again.
