I have called countless times, only to speak with representatives who seem completely clueless about our situation. This level of incompetence feels criminal! We have lost an incredible amount of business because of this ongoing issue, and it’s infuriating to witness such blatant disregard for customer needs. The lack of urgency, support, and accountability is beyond unacceptable.
