Absolute disgrace of a company. I have a reseller account so I still have some clients on this platform. There are 2 levels of automated renewals. Once I learnt this, I turned them all off. It didn't stop them charging my account and not leaving any payee name. I couldn't work out who made the charge so I had to cancel my card. Once the bank investigated, I learnt it was them. Very sneaky doing that. Even sneakier hiding who the payment was going to. It get's worse. They rang one of my clients and told him that he had to upgrade his email server at a cost of $600 for a year. This is totally unnecessary. They pestered him by phone and insisted it was mandatory. When I spoke to Crazy Domains and Dreamscape, they apologised but didn't really take accountability. The next day they were hitting my client up for a 3 year $1600 renewal. I used to have a good relationship with these guys and had over 50 clients on their platform until I had to migrate most of them away because their support dropped off a cliff. Deceitful and arrogant. Stay away.
