They don’t always make me happy. Their delivery is expensive unless it is on a special offer which usually involves spending a great deal of money to get this offer. Their delivery is not very quick - sometimes taking more than a week, and their system of notification of delivery is flawed, the notification often arriving after the delivery! They have exclusives which are not available through another outlet, but if you have already made the hefty investment into one of their products, you have no choice but to continue using them. At first I found them to be a very good company, but time has shown a marked deterioration in their programmes, presenters and products.
