yes, I have e mailed Creation 3 times and this afternoon sat on the phone for 45 mins but couldnt get through.
In a nutshell I am trying to establish why my creidt card has been cancelled or the account closed (neither of which I requested) - truly the very worst credit card supplier I have come across.
