Could not give zero stars but my goodness. I have a contract with creation and it’s been 3 months, recently they have over drawn money from my account and didn’t pay it back in. Then had the cheek to say it that they never received payments, so charged me £30 extra as a late payment fee. Bear in mind that it’s direct debit. So I contacted creation and told them what was Happening, sent them evidence. They have ignored me for 2 months.
