Been in dispute since before Xmas. Have asked for statements with balance after each transaction which they say they cannot do. Over £1000 in retailer credits showing on statements but do not appear to have been deducted! All they say is the credits are there! Thank you but you need to deduct them. Seems like a case for the ombudsman to get my £1000+ back.
