Awful, I believed I was paying off my direct debit to receive a letter claiming I was in over £100 arrears which come as a shock. Spoke to a colleague over the phone who admitted it was cancelled their end and not from myself but told I still had to pay the full amount. Called recently to explain my maternity pay from work wasn’t going through and had to claim through the government and needing to wait 4 weeks minimum for a decision and until then my money situation very very restricted but told I still had to pay my remaining balance in 7 days regardless.. I’ve never dealt with a single caller who hasn’t been rude or made me feel bad for having something to pay off in the first place. After my case is closed I’ll make sure never to use creation even if the situation is in my favour.
