I now have so many complaints lodged I’ve list count. No replies to any of them. I keep being told I’m in arrears when I am up to date with my credit card payments. This is making me ill with worry. Today’s letter told me this is reported to the credit ref agency which will affect my credit record. I have tried every way to contact for months.
