Waiting over 30 mins all the time. Nothing has been resolved. I’ve emailed them too, 48 hours later still no reply and the issue is still ongoing. I took out 1 Finance option but for some reason I am getting billed for 2 separate loans. None of them are taking ownership of the situation and being passed from one company to the other. Worst mistake I’ve ever made going with this company. The sad part is, I’m still getting debited for a loan that I’ve never signed up too. If I cancel my DD they will leave a marker on my credit file so I’m pretty much stuck paying them. Which is impacting my livelihood. I will complain to FCA to get this issue resolved ASAP.
