Have never encountered such a poor online operations site. Can’t log in despite using correct user and password data. Can’t enter correct service area to log in. Platform just goes into thinking until timed out.
I have more to do than just sit watching a mal functioning website.
When I have more patience I will telephone and hopefully will get more than an electronic operator or worse still an iBot.
