Card kept being declined, faulty chip. Ordered a new card and came within a few days. To activate the card you can use the app, app doesn't recognise the card number. You can also activate it by phoning, automated service doesn't recognise the card number. Speak to a human and eventually got it activated. Loads of issues in the past due to a joint account, problems with authorisation to discuss the account. They are a nightmare.
