I took out finance with this company but now pay later with currys but i could not get through to my creation account because it was an old e mail address after several calls and e mails which were ignored I decided to send the item back to currys within the 14 day cooling off period. Six months later I started getting texts and letters that i owed them money. Tried calling and e mailing eventually had to go to currys to get it sorted. I still have not received any response to my complaints from creation not a letter of apology or to verify that i do not owe them money. Ive taken it up with trading standards and the financial ombudsman. Please for your sanity don’t have dealings with this company. They should be looked into by trading standards. Im still waiting for a reply as to why i was hounded in this way
