I cannot access the creation credit card website let alone my account. As soon as I try to open the creation page I get a message saying creation have closed the page, the site cannot be reached, creation closed the connection, the connection was reset and so on and so on. The creation app keeps saying it doesnt recognise my details when I know they are correct. I spoke to customer services who suggested I deleted cookies this didn't work. I then sent a email l to the app support queries. they suggested I delete my online account and register again. None of this is helpful when you can't even get onto the web page let alone go to your account manager section to delete your account!! so annoying. No idea where to go to next with this!
