It's awful. I've been trying to sign in since July. I've got a 6 month buy now pay later deal. I've got the creation app, but I have been unable to sign in as it has my old phone number from 3 years ago. I can't even get in to my account to update it. It's bonkers. I've tried the email option and they say they are going to email me to verify my account, but I never got it. Now I've got a email saying that it's now updated with my updated phone number, and I still can't log in as it doesn't recognise my post code lol. I have contacted the financial ombudsman, so they now know of my issues. I've never known anything like this.
