In the last month, bought a Naim Uniti Atom streaming player. Item was reduced from £1999 to £1599 as "box opened". However, when I received the item after next-day delivery, the Naim box itself was still sealed. Quite happy with the advice I got from this hifi seller. Felt the man talked down to me a bit, asking me if I'd heard a demo of the unit bought. Well, if it's as good as they say, why would I want to hear it? All in all though, super happy with the clean, powerful sound on my mid-range speakers. The functionality of the player is superb, very professionally put togehter. I would definitely use Creative Audio again. They offer a sterling service.
