I've placed an order a few weeks back, hoping it will arrive before Christmas as part of a bigger gift. Payment went through - using same card I used to buy other parts of this PC for a gift: all in all more than a 1000 EUR spent elsewhere using this very card.
Then I receive a questionnaire from Creative Labs asking me to rate my experience - when the order was already late by their own estimate!
I replied to that, saying that I didn't receive my order, so the experience is definitely not great, and they could improve the communications. Their response?
"Thank you for your reply. We appreciate your valuable feedback regarding your ordering experience. Regarding your order, we regret to inform you that a secondary security check flagged up this order and we will have to cancel your order as there's an issue with the payment. We will issue a refund to your original mode of payment for this order."
So, they didn't ship it, took the money, and will refund me, quote, in 11-15 business days (so, well into January 2024). All of that with ZERO communication from them until I initiated it in a review they requested. Worst shopping experience ever, stay away until they fix this.
