It’s been a year now since Creative Writing Hub said they will refund me. I paid around 1500 USD for their creative writing service. At first I gave them an outline, what they returned was not only poor, it was as described by some of the other people complaining (as if written by a 5th grade student). I had to go through a number of project managers explaining what is required, countless hours spent talking to them. Each time I complain the project is moved to someone new. Nobody had a clue about my project or what the issue was. That all wouldn’t have been a problem, my real issue here is the level of English and quality of work they deliver. Utter rubbish and unacceptable. They alos blocked me from the chat, and they are not responding to my emails. Please save your money. This should be escalated to the Writer’s Guild and company should be banned.
