From the start my experience was very good, your agent who called at the house was very professional and all of my dealings up to the IVA actually being set in place was very good. Your team were constantly on the ball. However.... Once the IVA was set up and my file forwarded to another department everything broke down. No communication. I had to contact Creditfix office several times to ensure the arrangement had been accepted and I had very little in the way of written communication after that. Other than this I can recommend Creditfix to anyone who is in the same situation as myself, the IVA has certainly taken a burden from me.
