I found Creditfix very helpful in helping me to get my finances in order. I found that I had to accept the agreement of the amount I have to pay back each month, even though I will find it a struggle as my creditors would not accept a lesser amount each month and I have to pay it over 5 years, as I did not need the stress of bankcruptcy and having to go to court as I have ill health and could not stand the strain. I was however quite upset that I was not informed about the date when I should start my initial payment despite contacting creditfix on a number of occasions to ask about the start date, and each time I was informed that they would let me know. I was never informed about the start date and when I contacted credit fix in January I was told I should have made my first payment in December 2015 and they were not happy that I had not started making payments, I informed Creditfix that I was waiting for them to set up a direct debit and was told I had to set one up myself but was never told when. I have now set up a direct debit and made the payment when they are due. I did receive an apology regarding your mistake in not telling me when to start the payments but I was very inconvenienced as I was trying to pay back my credit cards and did not need the upset.
