I have an IVA with Knightsbridge, 2 weeks ago i sent all relevant documents for full and final offer, in the last year i have developed heart complications, got told my IVA is now with creditfix, spoke 2 different people and all my hard documents seems to have vanished, i was told to email, i have, no reply, the only email i have got is one telling my i have missed a payment, phoned back again to be told, oh sorry it was a mistake, then got told you were working on my final offer, but what happened to what i set in motion nearly 2 weeks ago?
