It would have been nice to be kept informed that we no longer had a specific person dealing with our cases. I realise you have more and more cases to deal with and can't allocate a single person to a case, fine, however as I said, it would have been courtesy to inform us of this as it's a difficult subject and when you've built up confidence in dealing with someone, to suddenly be told they're not dealing with you anymore is rubbish especially as I had to phone or email to be given this information.
