We are very satisfied with the service we have received from Creditfix. We were very unsure about how the trust deed worked but Amanda McCutcheon took the time to answr all our questions admirably. Only one criticism we have is over the PPI recovery, some companies take the PPI money but give the clients the interest. Creditfix seem to be very unsure on whether we will get anything back. I understand that any money should be used to repay our debts but we had been told by these companies before entering the trust deed that there was no PPI due. We were allied to in other words. Not by Creditfix, by the lenders.
