It is now nearly February and crew have still not refunded for any returned items purchased even ones which were returned and confirmed received by Crew on the 2nd January.
Sadly to say though the clothes I have kept are great, I will be reluctant to purchase from Crew in future and as they have closed the shop near me I can’t return online purchases to store to get an instant refund
