Ordered an item of clothing for a birthday present, when ordered delivery was 3/5 days collect from store. Order was confirmed by email, a few days later I received an email advising that my order was on the way. 7 days later I received another email advising my order was on the way. 8 days later I received yet another email advising that my order would be delivered between 0845 and 1230 hrs. Later in the day I received yet another email advising that my order would be delivered the following day . 9 days after the order was placed in still waiting !!! We will not be purchasing from Crew Clothing again, very poor service.
