Bought a bat recently (18/05/2024) received it on 02/06/2024, was supposed to be pro players bat, cost £679.99 including knocking in service provided by Cricket Direct but have to say its hardly been knocked in and the quality of bat is not even worth half the price.
Contacted customer service who were very rude and didn't even listen to me to allow me to explain what was wrong with the bat.
Sent email and after chasing up few times got a generic reply without addressing my query either.
Anyone thinking about buying from these frauds, please stay away.
