So I ordered Clog and Flip using the size guide they have on website. The size was still one size too big. Usually companies mention if the style of the shoe is a bit tight or loose and then you round up or down but for them they said to round up the shoe size. So the size guide did not work for me. For a company that doesnt have friendly return policy their size guide should be on point unless this is how they want to make money.
Then i have to pay for the return cost which is half price of the shoes, from denmark. I cant exchange the shoes at a shop either. I contacted the customer service and they keep going in loop about it with no clear answer. They concluded by saying they can offer 20% off for next order but thats not even equivalent to the return shipping cost. So overall it was a really bad experience and they have bad return policies. Even small companies offer free return policy. Now I am stuck with two pair of shoes that are too big for me to use.
Also for the customer service on whatsapp, the system is bad. I send them a message and they say agent will be with you shortly, which is anywhere from 5-40min and then if i am not able to reply within 3min they already end the chat. So I had to start chat 10 times with them.
Also they dont allow you to edit delivery address as soon as you put the order. When i contacted customer service about it they said they will try but cant guarantee it will change and will get back to me with updates. They didnt update me and I was lucky that the delivery guy called me when he found something wrong with address but sometimes delivery guys also just leave the package at front door. So I could have basically lost the package.
