Poor customer service including delivery. No card was left by their courier so I had to do my own chasing in order to find out who their UK carrier is (Parcelforce). Finally managed to get a redelivered but was appalled by their online customer service chat team. She told me to contact the carrier (at the time, I only knew of the European carrier and their website was not user friendly) and gave no further advice.
I will not be buying my son’s Crocs directly from the website anymore. Their customer service and courier partners leave a lot to be desired
