In March of this year, (probably the 17th) I ordered a bassoon sling, a model which is recommended for women, price approximately £42.50. The money has gone out of my account, but the article still has not arrived. The Bank assures me the money went out of my acount in the period mentioned. Twice I have attempted to telephone, only to be told that the call was out of office hours. 11.40 a.m.on a weekday, and 3.20 p.m., also on a weekday. When do you work?
