Hi all, lovely helpful customer service but misguided regarding bobbly effect on the tiles I bought.Not bobbly or dimply at all although I kept them as I didn't want to hold up work. Kerbside delivery which is not helpful for us oldies. Lovely delivery driver who helped me as much as he could.
